I was praised for being happy, easygoing, and dependable - but no one saw the truth:
I suppressed my feelings, silenced my needs and lived in overdrive until my body forced me to stop.
At just 25 years old, I experienced a burnout - a blessing in disguise. Before that, I was completely disconnected from my body, my intuition and my emotions. I was always caring for everyone but myself: a pattern many women know all too well.
The years that followed became a journey back to myself. I learned to slow down, to soften, and to listen to my inner wisdom. In that stillness, I reconnected with my feminine nature, rediscovered my passions, and became the most magnetic, powerful version of myself.
That’s why I created this retreat: to guide other womxn back to themselves. With 8 years of experience as a therapist, the intuition of a tarot reader, and the soul of a creative, I hold space for womxn to heal, grow, and remember who they are.
